Runtz is Cookies Fam's Zkittlez × Gelato cross that defined the 2020s fruit-candy exotic aesthetic — a cultivar bred explicitly for sweet, almost artificial-candy nose on the front and a smooth, creamy finish on the back. Flower runs chunky, deep green with purple highlights, and the trichome coverage is heavy enough to frost the nug white. Runtz rosin pulls bright, often with purple-tinted amber color, and the terp total commonly pushes 3.5–4%. Effects are balanced — euphoric, relaxed, giggly without being body-heavy or knock-out. Runtz paved the way for the entire "fruity candy" exotic category (Pink Runtz, White Runtz, Obama Runtz, etc.). mids-tier at Rosin Royale.
