How long does shipping take?

USPS Priority Mail arrives in 2–3 business days to most ship-OK states. UPS Ground takes 1–5 business days depending on distance from our Los Angeles fulfillment center. Orders placed by 2 PM PT ship same-day Monday through Friday.

Is shipping really free on every order?

Yes. Free shipping on every order with no minimum. The only carrier exception is South Carolina, which requires USPS only — UPS does not accept hemp shipments to SC per carrier policy.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes. Plain, tamper-evident packaging — no outside branding, no product names, no cannabis indicia visible on the parcel. The return address shows our parent company (Arcana Operations LLC) rather than Rosin Royale.

Is an adult signature required?

Yes. All Rosin Royale shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. The carrier will leave a notice and re-attempt up to twice if no one is home. We comply with federal hemp shipping requirements.

Can I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Damage-only returns within 7 days. Email reserve@rosinroyale.com with photos of the damage and your order number — replacements ship within 24 hours. Sales are otherwise final on consumables.

HOW WE SHIP

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business day) and UPS Ground (1–5 business day, carrier-dependent). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.

Packaging is plain: brown-tape-sealed corrugated cardboard, no outside branding, no indication of the contents. Inside the box, jars are wrapped in cream cardstock and ship with the Royal Decree card for Royal Reserve drops.

Every delivery requires an adult (18+) signature at pickup. If no one is home, carriers leave a hold-for-pickup notice and you can collect the package with ID at the local distribution center.
