Reclaim is the cannabinoid-rich residue that accumulates in a dab rig's water chamber and downstem after extended use. As you dab, vapor passes through the water and some condenses on the glass walls; over weeks of use, this builds into a syrupy or waxy residue. Reclaim can be collected (poured out into parchment or scraped with isopropyl) and re-dabbed or used in edibles. Reclaim is heavily decarboxylated (it's already been heated), so it's very potent psychoactively but flavor-flat — most terpenes are gone. Some dabbers actively collect reclaim as a "free dab" supply. Others view reclaim as waste and clean it out regularly with isopropyl. Reclaim use cases: dabbing in low-flavor situations, infusing edibles (decarbed already, so it works in cold infusions), or topping bowls of flower. Quality varies enormously based on how dirty the rig was and how much heat the original dabs ran.
